Sounds like u need a bigger motor or  learn how to drive. All of us run 54s and were always replacing 2.5 ton parts b/c they can't hang.

i broke one tons all the time with 44s , now with 54 and 2.5 tons in the past 2 years i have broke 3 front axles and one rear but so far nothing in the 3rd members , i think some overson 4340 shafts would fix me up witht he 54s , i think the stick shifts have something to do with it the guys i know that run autos dont break near as much but the guys i know with manuals even the ones that dont run much motor break alot more

ya you are right sticks do brake more s4!t alote of guys are running randys shafts and not had any problems if you were going to stay with 54s i would go to the 4340 stock shafts there $1,000 thats what blake runs in his truck he is running 18.4x30 r2s on it now
