General Rules

 Drivers must be prompt to starting line, with seatbelts and helmet on.

 Driver gets a restart if vehicle has failure within first 30 feet, driver must back out of pit and restart within 5 minutes. Truck shall not leave start line. If truck does not restart within 5 min. the truck shall be disqualified.

 Passengers allowed in class 1,2 and 8 only. Must wear same safety equipment as driver.

 Must have a pull point on front and back of vehicle.

 All exhaust must be turned away from the spectators.

 No NOS or alcohol hats unless competing in the DOT Unlimited, Outlaw, or Tractor Tire class.

 Protesting – if racer protest cubic inch limit and pump is available, the protester must place a 200 dollar protest fee. If truck passes test the protest fee will be given to him. If truck fails the fee will be given back to the protester.

 If timers fail and a no time is given, driver has option to cool down (no more than 15 minutes) and make his pass, or run at the end of the class.

 If you are caught cheating in any class, you will be disqualified from all tracks running these rules.

General Safety Rules

 Must wear Snell 95 approved or DOT approved helmet in all classes.

 Must have 5 point harnesses for (classes 2 - 7) and 2 point seat belts for all other classes.

 All classes must have charged fire extinguisher with gauge within drivers reach. Except class 1.

 Must wear single layer fire suit, shoes, gloves and neck brace for classes 4 – outlaw. (class 2-3 enforced beginning 2013)

 If running alcohol, full fire retardant suit, shoes and gloves required.

 Must have kill switch at rear of truck, and in drivers reach classes 2-7. Must kill all power.

 Must have window nets installed on side windows if windows not installed, for all classes that apply.

 Must wear helmet shield or eye protection if front windshield not installed, for all classes that apply.

 If battery is installed in cab it must be in fully enclosed battery box.

   Class Breakdowns

Class #1 Street Stock - Unaltered DOT Tires Only

This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that are primarily street driven, have minimal modifications and are street legal. Engine, frame and body must be of same make.

ENGINE:

 No race fuel or alcohol.

 Any OEM factory produced engine.

 Must have mufflers.

 No injection, blower, turbo, or superchargers (unless OEM stock)

 No sheet metal or tunnelram intakes.

 No multiple carburetors.

 OEM blocks/heads/injection only.

 Fuel injection motors only on year models that are factory equipped.

 Must pull 15” vacuum @ 1000 RPM’S @ carburetor (Exception Diesel’s)

 Must have all windows.

DRIVETRAIN:

 No 3 link, 4 link, sliders / floaters or coil-over’s (unless OEM stock)

 No trans brakes.

 OEM Full body, frame, and suspension matching, Aftermarket suspension lifts ok.

BODY:

 Must be factory unaltered body.

 Minimum fender trimming for tire clearance only.

 Open top vehicles must have rollcage.

 Flatbeds must meet tech approval.

 Must be able to pass registration and inspection at time of race (tech’s discretion)

Class #2 Modified Stock (0-35 DOT Tire Class) Max 35" Unaltered DOT tires only

This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that have been slightly modified for competition but still utilize mostly stock components. They need not be street legal, but they should appear streetable. Any engine, frame or body combination allowed.

ENGINE:

 500 Cubic Inch limit.

 No Tunnel rams, Sheet metal intakes.

 No dominators or multiple carburetors.

 No injection, blower, turbos, or superchargers (unless OEM stock)

 OEM iron block, OEM injection, OEM heads and after market conventional steel heads allowed.

 No aftermarket block or unconventional or aluminum heads (only in factory OEM setup)

DRIVETRAIN:

 No 3 link, 4 link, sliders / floaters or coil-over shocks (unless OEM stock)

 36” traction bar allowed. Maximum 4 contact points, and 2 bars max.

 Engine must be within 2” from centerline of the front axle to the #1 side face of the head.

 OEM transfercase only.

 OEM transmission only. No powerglide transmissions.

 No trans-brakes.

 Minimum of 2 working brakes, driveline brakes allowed. (4 working brakes. Enforced beginning in 2013)

 OEM frame only (no tube or home-made frames) frames may be cut and replaced, but retain factory appearance. No lightening or severe notching. Must retain 3 OEM width crossmembers.

 Must have u-joint shields, and driveshaft loops. Minimum 1 loop per shaft located on the most forward half of each drive shaft.

BODY:

 OEM Full vehicle body (no sheet metal bodies)

 Body/Frame swaps allowed, must match wheelbase.

 Min 4pt. rollcage, 1.5 inch .083 wall chromoly or equivalent. Must tie to frame or 4" x 4" plates. (enforced beginning 2013)

 Must retain factory firewall and floor pans and full bodies.

 Minimum firewall modification for engine clearance only, must replace with factory equivalent material.

 Seat must be no more than 84” from center of front axle to bottom of seat back.

 Fiberglass hoods allowed.

 Body trimming allowed for tire clearance only. Interior components may be removed, but cab will not be gutted.

 Radiators may be relocated, but must be shielded from driver.

 Mini trucks and mini SUV small block maximum.

 Full size trucks (small or big block)

 Pump gas or race fuel only, no alcohol.

 No center steer.

Class #3 Limited Modified (0-39.5 Unaltered DOT Tires)

This class is intended for trucks and Jeeps that have been slightly modified for competition but still utilize mostly stock components. They need not be street legal, but they should appear streetable. Any engine, frame or body combination allowed.

ENGINE:

 532 Cubic Inch Limit.

 OEM blocks only. No aluminum block or unconventional heads (only in Factory OEM setups)

 No injection, blower, turbos, or superchargers (unless OEM stock)

 No Tunnel rams, Sheet metal intakes, or multiple carburetors.

 Carbureted Alcohol allowed.

DRIVETRAIN:

 Engine must be within 6” from centerline of front axle to the #1side face of head.

 OEM frame only (no tube or home-made frames) frames may be cut and replaced, but retain factory appearance. No lightening or severe notching. Must retain 3 OEM width crossmembers.

 OEM transfer case only.

 Must have two functional brakes, driveline brakes ok. (4 working brakes will be enforced beginning 2013)

 No 4 Link, sliders or coil-over shocks.

 Transmission blanket and flywheel shield required unless SFI approved case.

 Minimum 4pt. rollcage, 1.5 inch .083 wall chromoly or equivallent. must tie to frame or 4" x 4" plates ( enforced beginning 2013)

 Must have u-joint shields, and driveshaft loops. Minimum 1 loop per shaft located on the most forward half of each drive shaft.

BODY:

 Must have OEM Body, (Gutting Allowed)

 Fiberglass Front Clips OK.

 Seat must be no more than 84” from center front axle to bottom of seat back.

 No center steer.

Class # 4 Pro Modified (40-54 Unaltered DOT Tire)

This class is intended for trucks and jeeps that have been modified for competition. These vehicles can be gutted, and must utilize a factory frame in their chassis. Any engine, frame or body combinations allowed.

Engine:

 609 Cubic Inch Limit

 No Fuel Injection, Blowers, Turbos, Supercharger, unless OEM Equipped.

 No aluminum block or unconventional heads. (Only in factory OEM setups)

 No Tunnel Rams, Sheet metal Intakes, or multiple carburetors.

 Carbureted Alcohol allowed.

DRIVETRAIN:

 Engine must be within 6” from centerline of front axle to the #1side face of head.

 OEM frame only (no tube or home-made frames) frames may be cut and replaced, but retain factory appearance inside the wheelbase. No lightening or severe notching. Must retain 3 OEM width cross members.

 No open chain drives.

 Must have two functional brakes, driveline brakes ok. (4 Working brakes enforced 2013)

 Transmission blanket and flywheel shield required unless SFI approved transmission case.

 Min 6pt. rollcage, 1.5 inch .083 wall chromoly or equivalent. Must tie to frame or 4" x 4" plates.

 Must have u-joint shields, and driveshaft loops min. 1 per shaft located on the most forward half of each drive shaft on classes.

BODY:

 Must have OEM Body (Gutting Allowed)

 Fiberglass Front Clips OK.

 Body/Frame swaps allowed, must match wheelbase.

 Seat must be no more than 84” from center front axle to bottom of seat back.

 No center steer.

Class # 5 Super Modified (0-44 Unaltered DOT Tire)

This class is for highly modified four wheel drive race vehicles. Competition chassis, race bodies and high performance nitrous race engines allowed.

ENGINE:

 Any engine, head combination.

 No Blowers, Turbos, Superchargers.

 Hats and Nos allowed.

DRIVETRAIN:

 Minimum 6’ OEM Frame Rails.

 Transmission blanket and flywheel shield required unless SFI approved case.

 Min 6pt. rollcage, 1.5 inch .083 wall chromoly or equivalent. Must tie to frame.

 Must have u-joint shields, and driveshaft loops. Minimum 1 loop per shaft located on the most forward half of each drive shaft.

 Must have two functional brakes, driveline brakes ok. (4 Working brakes enforced 2013)

BODY:

 Must have factory appearing body

Class # 6 Outlaw

This class is intended for highly modified 4 wheel drive vehicles allowing tube chassis, any engine location, aluminum engine blocks, blowers, turbos or super chargers. These vehicles need not resemble any factory produced vehicle.

ENGINE:

Any combination allowed.

DRIVETRAIN:

 Min 6pt. rollcage, 1.5 inch .083 wall chromoly or equivalent. Must tie to frame.

 Any tire allowed.

 Must have u-joint shields, and driveshaft loops. Minimum 1 loop per shaft located on the most forward half of each drive shaft.

 Must have two functional brakes, driveline brakes ok. (4 Working brakes enforced 2013)

 Transmission blanket and flywheel shield required unless SFI approved transmission case.

BODY:

 Any style.

Class #7 Tractor Tire

 No passengers.

 Must have a kill switch at drivers reach.

 Must have 4 tractor tires on vehicle.

 Must have a transmission blanket & flywheel shield unless SFI approved transmission case.

 Must have u-joint shields, and driveshaft loops. Minimum 1 loop per shaft located on the most forward half of each drive shaft.

 Must have 48” or taller tractor tires.

 Min. 4pt rollcage.

 Min 2 working brakes, driveline brakes ok.


Class #8 Trail Truck

 Pump gas only.

 Charging system required.

 Cooling system required.

 Must be trail rated by track owner TECHS discretion.

 Cannot enter race if you do not currently trail ride your truck.
